SIC is a closed-end, alternative, real estate collective investment undertaking by private subscription, which is hetero-managed, whose purpose is the investment in real estate, stakes in real estate companies or in participation units or shares of other real estate investment undertakings.
This collective investment company’s investment policy is currently passive, consisting merely of the holding and management of the initial real estate property, in a medium to long-term perspective and throughout the collective investment company’s duration, aimed at maximising the value of the assets, and thus increasing the value of the interests owned by the shareholders.
The collective investment company’s assets consist of the property located at Praça da Figueira, numbers 1 to 1-M, 2 to 2-E, 3 to 3-C, Rua do Amparo, numbers 1 to 1-B, Rua da Betesga, numbers 2 to 2-C, and Praça D. Pedro IV, numbers 96 to 122, civil parish of Santa Justa, municipality of Lisbon, comprising units “A” and “B” of the property described in Lisbon Land Registry under number 46 and registered in the urban land registry under number 1258, in the civil parish of Santa Maria Maior, municipality of Lisbon.
