FUND LCN - Portuguese Fund 2

The Fund’s medium and long-term goal is to achieve a steady increase in the value of its holdings and distributable income through the creation and management of a real estate portfolio.

The Fund’s core purpose is the purchase, sale, resale, and leasing of real estate intended primarily for commercial activities, services and parking facilities.

In pursuit of its objectives, the Fund’s investment policy will be guided by principles of rigor, risk diversification and mitigation, as well as by criteria of actual or potential profitability, prioritising market segments that are generally more attractive, based on these same principles. Furthermore, the Fund will limit its investments to real estate located in Portugal.
